Is Xgram a centralized exchange, and how are my funds protected?
Xgram isn't a traditional centralized exchange. It's built on a strict non-custodial model where your crypto never enters any account controlled by the platform. Funds go straight from your source wallet through the Liquidity Engine and land directly in your destination wallet.
Do I need to verify my identity (KYC) to use Xgram?
For the vast majority of standard swaps, no account or identity verification is required, keeping transactions private and fast. In rare cases, if a deposit is flagged by our automated AML screening, we may request verification before the swap can proceed.
Where do Xgram's exchange rates come from?
Rates come from Xgram's proprietary Liquidity Engine, which aggregates live market depth and reserves from multiple on-chain and off-chain sources in real time, keeping rates competitive even during high volatility.
How does Xgram make money if there's no separate fee shown?
The margin is already built into the rate shown in the calculator before you confirm. There's no separate fee added on top, so the number you see in the calculator is exactly what you get in your wallet.
